Who we are
Heartsprig is an online gift shop, operated by O'Neil, 8530 NW 70th Street, TL-1419, Miami, FL 33166. When you place an order, you agree to these terms.
Orders
After you order, we email you a confirmation. We can cancel an order before it ships, for example, if an item runs out. If we do, we refund you in full.
Email us within 12 hours of ordering to cancel for a full refund, as long as the order hasn't gone to our fulfillment partner yet. Once an order ships, you can't cancel it, but the 60-day guarantee still covers you.
Prices and payment
Prices are in US dollars. Shipping is free. Sales tax, if any, shows at checkout. PayPal processes payments.
If we list a price wrong, we'll tell you before your order ships. You can pay the right price or cancel for a full refund.
Shipping and returns
Our Shipping policy covers delivery. Our Refunds and Returns policy covers refunds, returns, and the 60-day guarantee.
Product descriptions and colors
We describe every product as accurately as we can. "Gold-color" and "silver-color" describe the finish color, not the metal it's made from. Colors on your screen can look a little different in person. If what arrives doesn't match the description, the 60-day guarantee covers you.
Our name and content
The Heartsprig name, logo, and the text on this site belong to Heartsprig. Please don't copy them without asking.
If something goes wrong
The most we owe you for any order is the amount you paid for it. We aren't responsible for losses beyond that, like a missed occasion because a parcel ran late. Some states don't allow limits like these, so parts of this may not apply to you. Nothing here takes away rights you have under the law.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, USA, without regard to conflict of law provisions. Heartsprig is operated from Florida, and any dispute arising out of or relating to these terms or your order will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Miami-Dade County, Florida, unless the consumer-protection law of your state gives you the right to bring it elsewhere. Nothing in these terms removes any statutory right you have as a consumer that cannot be waived by agreement.
Changes
We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the latest version. Your order follows the terms in place on the day you placed it.
